I am curious, what is needed to add my ham radio to my personal website as well?  I'm not sure how this interace works exactly.

You can embed the flash client in a custom page, the link barney gave will get you started. Just a fair warning though, a lot of that is going to change. Soon you will be able to skin the flash file itself. Lots of updates to be coming soon.
