Has anyone used a TenTec 320d with swlog/rcf-server online set-up and DRM (dream) software to tune drm bcasting online?... just thinking about it...i know i need two sound cards?..or a virtural one (virtural sounds difficult)..... looking for ideas/cheap equipt (cards, pci) - point me in the easy path to do this...on an XP sp3 machine...

Just one soundcard needed.  Connect LF on radio to line in on computer.  Mute the line in.  Dream does the rest and ouputs to speaker.

No he is right you need 2 sound cards if you are going to stream the audio.
One card on it's own would only allow the undecoded data to be streamed.
With a second one it is it's input that is streamed. So souncard 1 line in is raw data from tentec, its output (which has been decoded by DReam etc) goes to input of second card, which is what is then used by your stream and then if you want to hear the results the output of the second card gives you that. I know this because I did exactly this on RemoteHams for a while.
The only problem is unless you have a third card you can't give your users the choice of DRM or analogue.

As to the question of suitable soundcard, here's one that will work just fine and it's cheap at $9.99. Amazon sound card
