Outside users can not connect to my radio!

I'm running RCForb to control my FT-2000. I can connect to my own feed from any computer inside my own house. Other users from outside my house get a security error code of 2048- no connect. I'm using the latest version of HRD, I initially set my IP address on RCForb to 192.168.2.4, and everything works fine from within the house only. I was told that I was using my (LAN) address, and that I should be using my Global IP (WAN) address which is 75.89.200.171, but when I set things up with the LAN address, the RCForb on the controling computer won't connect to the radio. I went to the tools section on HRD, selected IP address and selected "Same PC users only" no one outside of my house could connect. Went back to HRD and deselected the "Same PC users only" option, and it was the same thing, no dice! I also have the HRD Remote Server running. Could someone pls tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have opened up all ports mentioned on all the forums here on both my Belkin wireless router, and my Speedstream DSL modem as well

It's worth pointing out that you don't need HRD's Remote server (port 7805) running as it's not needed in our use but HRD's IP server (port 7809) must be running. Also the tools section in HRD where you put the IP address and "Same PC users only" is irrelevant as well.
Anyway you now seem to have it all up and running, well done.
