User Lookup for Remote Owners

It has been requested a lot that the owners of a remote should be allowed to lookup the email address of a user easily. The main reason is for when the remote owner bans a user, they normally want to contact the user and let them know.

I have created a user lookup page for remote owners only. You can finally find a user accounts email address here.

YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN, AND YOUR REMOTE MUST BE ONLINE or you wont be able to access this page.

There is also a new link in the "Your Remotes" section next to your API Key on the "My Profile" page called "User Lookup"
